Rev. Nathanael Waites
Reverend Nathanael Waites, 30, is passionately devoted to Christ and to His Word.
Nathanael joined the Cardinal Village Church family in September 2010. He has a passion for evangelism and preaching. His views on evangelism have greatly been inlfuenced by the Way of the Master. Nathanael has been married to his wonderful wife, Ashley, since 2003. They have been blessed with three sweet children, Micah, Bethany, and Joyanna.
Nathanael earned his Master of Divinity from Columbia International University Seminary and School of Missions, Columbia, SC. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Bible from Southern Methodist College, Orangeburg, SC.
As followers of Christ, we are called to be Christ's witnesses throughout the world (Acts 1:8). Much of our time should then be spent with the lost, living as light in the darkness. As a pastor, it is not only my job to reach the lost, but to equip the congregation to work together as the body of Christ to seek and save the lost. In order for the congregation to minister in this world, they must themselves have a right relationship with the LORD. It is my task to help them grow in their relationship with Him, help them study His Word, communicate with Him, serve Him at home, school, work, and in the world, and fellowship with the rest of His body.
I hope you will come join us this Sunday as we worship the Lord, study His Word, and fellowship with the body of Christ. It is my desire that we would be growing in a right relationship with Jesus Christ. There is nothing more important than our standing before Christ.
